You will have one hour after you complete your purchase to cancel your order. You will go to your Order Center on the TikTok app and select the order you want to cancel. You’ll then have the option to cancel if it’s within the cancellation window.
You will be sent a tracking email directly from TikTok when the order ships. You can also check your tracking in your TikTok app.
Your TikTok Shop order is non-exchangeable. To initiate a refund log into your TikTok app and follow the instructions they provide.
